ISCCC calls for changes in proposed independent living and aged care facility in Weston Creek to improve consistency with the National Capital Plan and better respect important landscape vistas.
Canberra desperately needs for built for purpose aged care facilities. And those need to be done at a reasonable cost so that its not just the super wealthy who can afford to live there. The ISCCC demands of reducing the bulk and scale is another way of saying build fewer units….which will increase costs and make these units unaffordable for the average person.
I strongly support the proposed development.
