I have had an apartment in Giles Street since 1995. I am now retired but drive to the intersection of Manuka Circle ,Captain Cook Crescent and Canberra Avenue often several times a week.
This intersection can become very crowded such that to enter from near the swimming pool can take three changes of traffic lights in peak hour.
Frankly to suggest a development which would quite obviously increase the traffic in that area is just idiotic in my opinion.
